New Managing Director MR. Anthony van der Ley visited Indian plant on 11th December 2012.On 1st November 2012; Dutchman Anthony van der Ley (47) had begun work as the new Managing Director of LEMKEN GmbH. At the same time, he took over the function of the speaker of the board
With van der Ley, who is an experienced manager and mechanical engineer, LEMKEN had able to gain an excellent industry expert. In his last function, he worked as executive vice president of the soil cultivation, plant protection, and mechatronics section of the Kverneland group. Before this, van der Ley had gathered comprehensive experience in responsible positions and international projects at GEA Westfalia Separator. Associate Nicola Lemken is glad that Anthony van der Ley matches the profile of the agricultural machinery specialist so well. “This allows us to optimally secure professionalism and continuity in the board of executives.”
During his visit he reviewed the manufacturing process and discussed on the Sales and Marketing strategies for LEMKEN India. He aspires to achieve 50 Million Euro turn over from Indian subsidy in next 5-6 years of time.
